I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
After you complete your purchase in our online store, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive the confirmation within one hour, one of the following may have occurred:

- The order may not have been completed correctly.

Can I change my order after purchase?
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try to accommodate your order as best as possible.
However, we process orders as quickly as possible.
Therefore, we recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to make any changes. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
